Information Regarding Admission in M.Tech Course.

For which entrance exam you want to know about the age limit of M.Tech course. Many entrance examination is conducted for the admission in the M.Tech course. So, please provide the entrance exam name then i will try to help you.

After completing the B.Tech course you can appear in the GATE examination for the admission in the M.Tech course. The GATE examination is conducted by the management of IIT college for the admission in the M.Tech course at IIT's college.

after completion of b,tech degree you can appear for GATE examination , there is no age limit for this exam. this score card are valid upto 2 years.The GATE examination is conducted by the management of IIT college for the admission in the M.Tech course at IIT's college.

for m.tech you have to appear gate entrance exam after that you can study in college .

For M.tech you have to qualify in Gate exam . For Gate exam there is no age limitation so you can apply for it at any age .There is also no age limit so you can apply as many times you want .

INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION IN M.TECH COURSE

After completing your B.tech program you will be eligible for appearing in m.tech exam
And for taking admission in m.tech you need to appear in GATE exam.
For appearing in GATE Exam there is no age limit so you can take admission in m.tech through gate exam

It is an exam conducted All over India for the entrance in M.Tech at All India level.It is an exam which can be given at any age of life and as many times as you wish.

There is no age criteria for M-TECH course.

You can do it in any times .So for M-TECH course you must be qualify in GATE exam.

GATE score is valid for TWO years.

The eligibility criteria for M-TECH admission:-

(a) Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent.

(b) Bachelor’s degree holders in Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Electronics/ followed by qualifications obtained through an examination conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE.

(c) Bachelor’s degree holders in Architecture/Design (for M Des program only)

(d) Master’s degree holders in Physics with Electronics/Instrumentation (for M Tech programs).

*There is no age limit to appear in GATE exam..
*No number of attempt restriction..
*The validity of GATE score is 2 years.
*The candidate can also appear in GATE exam during the pre-final year or final year of graduation or post graduation course..

So, don't worry, there is no age limit to appear in GATE exam..

Master in technology courses is a technical degree and many institute conducts this programme.

Some institute requires the GATE score card and some take direct admission.

But if you qualify the GATE exam with a good marks then you can take admission in the M.Tech programme from a good and reputed institute like IITs and NITs.

There is no upper age limittion for the GATE exam and also no any limitation in taking attempts.


Notice has come for the GATE 2012. You will have to apply online and you can apply form 12 sep.

I have already done M.tech with control engineering.
And now I want to do m.tech with signal processing since I have completed my B.tech with ECE.
I have qualified in gate also.
Can i apply for m.tech now?will i be able to get stipend?
