Dear Friend,

The eligibility criteria for the IAS is as under:-
The candidate should has passed graduation from a recognized institute.
The age of the candidate should between 21 years to 30 years.
Age relaxation of 5 years is given to SC/ST candidate and of 3 years is given to OBC candidate.

A general category candidate can apply maximum 4 times and the OBC candidate can apply maximum 7 times.SC/ST candidates has no limits.

As you are 20 now you are not eligible to apply for the Civil Service Examination.

From now if you want to prepare for the Examination then you can prepare Aptitude test,English,Mathematics of class 10th of CBSC syllabus.
You can read any good general Knowledge book.Daily read newspaper.

Best Wishes....
