Are there any undergraduate courses starting between January to March?

I missed the normal undergraduate courses due to some problems in the family. Are there any universities offering undergraduate courses which start in Jan-March(not open universities) or if not which are the colleges which start the earliest? Preferred courses are BBA, BCom, BTech.

In India as a rule all the courses start in april-august. Only in IGNOU, which has year round admissions does the course start in jan .
YOu will not be able to get admission in any day college in jan.
IGNOU is also good . Join freely without any tensions. You will get time to study in your own style.
