I'm a BE degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I want to persue an integrated PhD cousre in a research institute only. Are there any research institutes offering such opportunities ? Which are those institutes?

The Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research [ASIR] offers full-time residential Integrated M.Tech-Ph.D Program in Engineering. The Program comprises of two years M.Tech program of four semesters and three years Phd program. Candidates who have completed the Bachelors Degree program in Engineering department with a minimum of 70% marks are eligible to apply. The age of the candidates should not be more than 28 years as on July 01, of the year of admission. Candidate with a valid GATE score will have an added advantage. Candidates whose final results are awaited, but who are otherwise eligible as per the screening criteria, can also apply. Final selection is based on performance of the candidate in the interview in addition to their academic performance. The academic session begins in the month of August. Last date for online application was June 23, 2012.

I have finished my M.Tech in Nanotechnology during 2011, I don't get a job till this date. Can any one help me to get a job in this field.
