Hi!

I completed my engineering in CSE stream in 2013 but not yet received the certificate as I have 2 more subs to clear. I have no hope dat I'll clear those subjects as I am not at all interested in dem. Please kindly let me know if I can study mass comm and film making in USA, if yes wat's the procedure

Yes, you can pursue Mass Communication Bachelor course from USA because you have not cleared your engineering in CSE course yet. Once you clear your engineering then only you can opt for higher courses in Mass Communication. However you can apply for Bachelor course in Mass Communication directly to the university. you may have to sit in some entrance examination and interview.
