After BE you can join MS in USA. There are lots of universities are available in many states of USA. One has to decide the course and then the university. The cost will be different from state to state. If you study in California the cost is more than Arizona. You have to clear TOEFL and GRE. The mark in GRE is useful when you apply for scholarships in USA universities. There are lots of scholarship program available in USA, one can contact the university or can check the details in the websites.

To get enrolled in best University of US after completion of your B.E (ECE) course, you must have to appear and qualify in GRE/GMAT examinations based upon the selection of course you wish to pursue in US universities and you need to prove your English Language Proficiency skills by appearing in TOEFL/IELTS examinations. By reporting your examinations score, you can apply for admission to Master's degree course in US universities.
