Which intake is best either Spring or Fall for a student who have scored 290 marks in GRE?

Hi,
Since, I am gonna retake my GRE , to make sure that I get into good university.
I am having 2 international journal publications in my under graduate study with cgpa of 8.4.
Shall I retake GRE and apply for Spring or else shall i apply for Fall?
My old GRE score is 290.
The universities which I am gonna apply is
1. Iowa State University
2. Virginia Polytechnic and State University
3. Arizona State University
4. Illinois Institute of Technology.

As per suggestion, It is better for you to retake GRE. That's because 290 marks are not enough to get a seat in a good university. you should get above 300 marks to get into good university. And it is better for you, if you can apply for "Fall" intake. Because, you can get scholarships, if you can apply for fall admissions. This way you can reduce your fee burden and it will be easy for you to clear your education loan.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
