Hi my dear friend.......

I can give the total eligibility for MS in US.......

you can write GRE and IELTS or TOFFEL exam with good marks......like

GRE---290 new pattern...

ILTES---6.0.....

TOFEL.....80% for all are minimum........

And also you can completed degree with first class..........

And also visa processes........

CANADA with CGPA 7.5 in B.E cse...............

same process but you can write at lest ilets or tofel..........
