Is there any scholarship exams to do ms abroad conducted by the government of India?if it is there what are the procedures to attend it? List of exams which I can apply and get the scholarship? Can someone please guide me with the complete information on the same?

No, there are no scholarship exams as such in order to avail scholarship for MS course in abroad. Scholarships are given by the foreign institutes on the basis of performance in the entrance exams based on which they take admission like IELTS score, TOEFL score, GRE score, etc. Apart from this, if you take admission in the foreign institutes with which MHRD has signed MOU, then you can avail scholarship on being an Indian overseas student in that institute. Hence prepare well and aim to score high in the entrance exams of the concerned institutes in which you want to seek admission to avail scholarship.
