You are having a good percentage in your B.Tech. And I think it will be above 70 percentage, after the completion of your B.Tech. There are no minimum marks, which were specified by any university to MS in Germany. So, even an average student, who have at least 50 percentage of marks in his Graduation can get an admission in German universities. And to start the application process, you have to complete your IELTS exam.
IELTS is a exam to test the capability of a student in Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing sections of English. This exam will be conducted for 10 bands. And it is better to get above 6.5 bands to get a seat in the good university. After the completion of this exam, you should send your application to the selected list of universities along with your IELTS score report. Then the universities will verify your profile and they will give an admission, if you are eligible for an admission in their university.
