There are two types of visas. You can apply for anyone to give the exam. You can appear for the ORE part 1 exam in the UK on a tourist visa or for students taking the ORE exam, UKBA issues a different type of visa.

The visa comes in two varieties. You can choose anyone among the two depending on your priorities. On a tourist visa, you can sit the ORE part 1 examination in the UK. otherwise,*If you are a student who is appearing*for the exam, the UKBA will provide a different kind of visa.
