G.H. Raisoni Institute of Information Technology shortly called as GHRIIT is offering courses with affiliation from North Maharashtra University located at Jalgaon, Maharashtra Government’s Directorate of Technical Education and All India Council for Technical Education. The courses offered by the institution are designed in such a way as to suit the requirements of aspiring employees and employers.

Course Details:

Master of Computer Applications is the only course offered by the institution and it has an intake capacity of 60 students for this course. The duration of the course is three year, which is divided as two-and-half years classroom training and six months industrial training. The institute follows semester pattern and the number of semesters for this course is six. The syllabus and course structure is designed and controlled by the affiliating university.

Eligibility and admission procedure:

Candidates who have completed their 10+2 with mathematics as a subject are eligible for admission to the MCA course offered by the institution. Candidates are admitted to the course based on the Common Entrance Test.

Placement Cell:

The institute is planning to start a placement cell shortly with a view to offer career opportunities to the students who have completed their MCA course. For this purpose, the institution is in the process of formation of online database of prospective employers and employees.

The campus of the institution is large enough to accommodate learning facilities in different fields of education. The campus is designed with modern facilities like state-of-the-art classrooms, cafeteria, counseling & health centre, libraries, computer laboratories, amphitheatre, networking facility, etc…The institute is also offering residential accommodation to the students.

Events at the institution:

As a part of learning curriculum, the institute arranges for industrial tours to bridge the gap between practical and theoretical education. Experienced faculty members accompany the students during these industrial visits to clear any doubts arising to the students in industrial applications.
