Re: Will MCA after BCA affect job opportunities?
HI SUNDHARI,
First of all i want to bid you hi. i am very glad to know that you have pursued bca because i am also a student of bca pursuing my third year .so according to your question you are worried about your master degree. so i think if you mind is totally devoted towards programming because it is a stream of software engineering.as you know that this stream is full of computer languages as c c++.java, oracle and vb and ofcourse linux.so if you have strong hold on your programming languages you have studied in bca as in mca you will also come to learn the same thing you have learned in bca such as about networking,DBMS and ofcourse some new things also such as Computer Graphics and Multimedia etc. And moreover it will boost your job oppurnities because this stream is totally for aspiring software engineers who will lead the country technically. so if you think you are aiming to join mca then i could say you are moving towards the right stream. lastly i wish you best of luck for your carrer. with regards NilanjanaMaiti |

Re: Will MCA after BCA affect job opportunities?
Since you have a two year gap you may face a problem in interview when the interviewer's or the respective HR asks you what have you done in these two years.
If you have done some work or the other in any company(work experience) or if you have done any group of courses in this two year gap then you will not face a problem. If your sitting idle for these two years then most of the companies treat you as a unskilled person. If your are suffering ill from the last few years then you can submit the valid medical certificates and you can overcome the problem. |
