Coal India Limited was established in November 1975. The Coal India Limited was reorganized once in January 1986 and for the second time in 3rd April 1992. The Mahanadi coalfields Limited (MCL) was established when Coal India Limited was reorganized in 1992. The Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, which is a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, produces non-coking coal of Gr. B LF, Gr. C LF, Gr. D LF, Gr. E & Gr.F at Talcher field located in the Angul district and LB Valley field located in the Jharsuguda/ Sundergarh district of Orissa. The annual production of coal in the Mahanadi coalfields Limited during the year 2004-05 is about 696.04 Lakhs. The Mahanadi coalfields Limited sells coal by road, rail and rail-cum-sea to linked consumers.

Mahanadi coalfields Limited (MCL) invites application from eligible candidates for the following Grade-C Posts.

Eligibility:

Age criteria – The minimum age limit is 18 yrs and the maximum age limit is 30 yrs. (Relaxable as per rules)
