Hi, most of the companies hire work experienced professionals though there are some companies which require freshers and hire them as a trainee engineer.

You can visit the career page of individual companies depending upon your area of interest and look if they have any vacancies for freshers.
Accordingly you can apply for the jobs by submitting your resume on the career page of company's website.

Also please keep track on the advertisements in the leading newspapers.
