BEML Limited is also known as Bharat Earth Movers Limited. The company was founded in the year of 1964 under Government of India. The company is best known as Public Sector Undertaking. The company is a famous manufacturing company which mainly delas in the manufacturing of rail coaches and the other spare parts. The other fields in which the company deals includes the manufacturing of mining & construction equipment, aerospace, dredger and defence equipments. There are total 9 manufacturing units of the company at present. All the nine manufacturing units are spreaded over different locations.

Job Profile:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is looking forward to recruit eligible and qualified candidates on the following vacantion positions of HRM, HRD, Law and Company Secretariat. Only eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the following posts:

1. Recruitment of HRM (E3/E4):
No. of posts: Only 20 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess Graduation degree with minimum two years Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent from a recognized institute or university.

2. Recruitment of HRD (E4):
No. of posts: Only 12 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess Graduation degree with minimum two years Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent from a recognized institute or university.

3. Recruitment of Law (E1/E2/E3/E4/E5):
No. of posts: Only 20 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess Bachelor’s degree in Law from any recognized institute approved by Bar Council of India.

4. Recruitment of Company Secretariat (E3):
No. of posts: Only 1 post is available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess Graduation degree from a recognized institute or university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

5. Recruitment of Supervisor Trainee (HR):
No. of posts: Only 150 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess full time Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Social Work or Business Management with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute or university.

Eligibility:

Candidates are required to have age less than the prescribed maximum age limit. For the SO Grade, candidates should have age less than 27 years. For the E1 Grade, candidates should have age less than 30 years. For the E2 Grade, candidates should have age less than 34 years. For the E3 Grade, candidates should have age less than 38 years. For the E4 Grade, candidates should have age less than 41 years. For the E5 Grade, candidates should have age less than 44 years.

Selection Process:

Final selection of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the Interview test that will be held on a specified date.
