Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who completed their graduate degree in Mathematics as Honors, Main, Major or Equivalent subject are eligible for the Indian School of Mines M. Sc. (Mathematics & Computing) Entrance Exam.

How to Apply?

Application forms can be purchased from the ISM sale counter located in the office of Deputy Registrar (Academic & Student Welfare) by paying Rs. 1300/- (Rs.650/- for SC / ST candidates). It is also possible to get the application forms through post, by sending a demand draft of Rs. 1350/- (Rs.700/- for SC/ST candidates) along with a self addressed envelope to the Deputy Registrar (Academic & Student Welfare), ISM. The demand draft should be drawn in favor of the Registrar, I.S.M., Dhanbad payable at Dhanbad. Another method is to download the application form the official website of the institute, www.ismdhanbad.ac.in. Completely filled application forms along with the draft and all other relevant documents must be sent to Deputy Registrar (Academic & Student Welfare), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad-826004, Jharkhand.
