JCECE Coaching institutes
JCECE or Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is conducted for selection of candidates into the first year of Engineering, Medical and Agricultural degree programs in various government and private institutes in Jharkhand. It is conducted for B.Sc, BE, BDS, B.VSc & AH and MBBS courses.
Admission Procedure Details:
Admission is based on the performance in JCECE and personal interview.
Various Coaching Institutes:
IES Institute, having its headquarters at Delhi, is one of the best known coaching centers in the state. Dimension Classes in the Kanki District of Ranchi and Kalyani Coaching Centre in Sakchi District of Jamshedpur are also well-known. Prerna Classes in Bistupur and a few centers in Dhanbad are also popular among the students. Most of these institutes have their branches in other cities of the country. Hence, the faculties are experienced and they provide quality training for the entrance examination. Candidates can get coaching from any of these coaching institutes to easily crack the JCECE examination.
Pattern of JCECE:
There are two stages-preliminary and final examinations. The preliminary test is of four parts-Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is objective type multiple choice questions with 200 questions and the qualified students can appear for final examination. The final examination is divided into three parts with questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Those appearing for medical field have to appear in a paper consisting of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Eligibility for JCECE:
Bachelor of Engineering:
The candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as subjects of study. There is no age limit for the candidates.
MBBS/BDS:
The candidates, who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English taken together, are eligible to appear in the entrance exam. The minimum age requirement of the candidates is 17 years.
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry:
The candidates are required to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects of study. The candidates are required to attain minimum of 17 years of age.
B. Sc Agri & B. Sc Forestry:
The candidates, who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology as subjects of study, are eligible. The minimum age requirement of the candidate is 17 years.

when will the result of jcece result published for medical preliminary exam?
when will the jcece results published ?its cut-off?is there any mains also or only 1 exam?
