Institute Profile:

Formerly named Government Engineering College of Raipur, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur in Chhattisgarh is a college of science and technology. It is a well known college for some decades. In the year of 1956 president Dr. Rajendra Prasad founded the college. At first the institute had only two departments, Mining and Metallurgical engineering. But on 14th March 1963 honorable Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru inaugurated the new building. It has been accredited as National Institute of Technology from 1st December 2005.

The candidates must have a graduate degree in any field like BE/B. Tech/M.Tech (ETE/Civil/IT/CSE/Metallurgical) M.Sc/ M.Phil/ Ph.D

Pay Scale:

Candidates having B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./MCA/M.Phil is eligible for Rs. 22,000/- Per Month

Candidates having M.E./M.Tech./MCA/M.Phil. Qualification is eligible for Rs. 23,500/- Per Month.

Candidates having Ph.D. Qualification is eligible for Rs. 25,000/- Per Month.
