Can I get admission in government college in India?


sir,
my category is general. i have secured all india ranking through aieee 2012 is 41217 and category ranking is 27412. state ranking in uttrakhand is 635 and category ranking is 497. can i get admission in govt colleges in india and suggest that colleges. if not suggest private colleges.

sir my marks in jee main is 86 and my 12th result is 85% and i belong in obc can iget any gov. en. collage
