Structure of Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board Bhopal Medical Post Graduate Entrance Test

The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board Bhopal Medical Post   Graduate Entrance Test is a written entrance test. The test consists of two parts of questions Part A and Part B. The test is consists of objective type format of questions. The A part includes 75 questions and Part B consists of 125 questions. The time given for the completion of the test will be three hours.  The medium of the questions will be in English. Each question in the test has four alternatives and one of these alternatives is correct. For all the correct answer one answer is awarded. The candidates can answer all the questions. No negative marks are awarded for the incorrect answers.

Eligibility Criteria

For getting admission in the government colleges applicants must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh. The candidates from any other states are eligible for applying for the courses offered in Private Medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh. They must have completed their MBBS degree from any recognized University for getting admission for the Post graduate medical Courses. It is a must to complete one year compulsory internship after completing MBBS in any MCI/DCI approved institute. The students must have registered under Madhya Pradesh Medical Council for practicing in the same state. The applicants should have registered under Indian Medical Council or Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.

How to Apply?

The application forms are available from the cash counter of the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination board and also from the selected centres by the payment of the exam fee. The exam fee is Rs.1500/- for the general category candidates and Rs.750/- for other category candidates. The filled form should be send to the office by registered or speed post or in person before the last date. The forms are available from the following centres.

How to fill the Form?

All the data entered in the form must be correct. The applicants providing incorrect information will be debarred from the exam and admission. The data must be entered using a ball point pen in Capital letters. The photograph of the candidates must be pasted and it must be a colour photograph with white back ground. The signature of the candidates must be in small letters only. The form should be sending only to the office in registered post or speed post or in person. The form reached after the prescribed date will be rejected.

Study Plan

Every applicant have an aim to achieve good marks in the exam and included in the rank list. For achieving this goal good effort is needed from the side of the candidates.
