Mahajubilee Training College is a Christian Minority institution offering teacher education courses at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level. It is a self-financing institution offering education with affiliation from the Calicut University and with recognition from the National Council of Technical Education. The college began its educational journey from the year 2002 on the 5th of September to mark the occasion of teachers’ day with 100 students.

Objective of the college:

The important objective of Mahajubilee Training College is to train good teachers, who are in a position to offer integral formation to the students. The college also aims at becoming a centre for excellence in education and its motto is learn, live and teach.

Mahajubilee Training College, offers Bachelor of Education course with the following optional subjects:

The number of seats available in the college for this course is 100 seats per year and out of these 100 seats, 48 seats are filled under merit quota, while the remaining 52 seats are filled through management quota. The eligibility requirement for seeking admission to this course is according to the norms issued by the Government of Kerala every year.

Master of Education:

Mahajubilee Training College is approved with an intake capacity of 18 students per year for the Master of Education course. The eligibility requirement for seeking admission to this course is according to the norms issued by the Government of Kerala every year.

Campus of the college:

The main block of Mahajubilee Training College is functioning in a three-storey building and the college auditorium is spread over an area of 1600 square feet. There is a seminar hall in the college, which extends to an area of 1000 square feet and this is used for the purpose of essential educational gatherings. There is also a mini hall in the college that is spread over an area of 600 square feet and this is used for organizing mini conferences.

Labs at the college:

Mahajubilee Training College has different laboratories like computer lab, psychology lab, audio-visual lab and science lab for offering effective practical education to the future teachers of the nation.
