Mala Educational Trust (MET) established this college in 2002. The institute is accredited by the norms of AICTE and is affiliated to Calicut University. The vision of this college lies in providing the students with high quality education and developing the qualities of passion for hard work and innovation. It strives in generating top class engineers in various fields equipped with moral values.

This self financing college campus is built in vast 27 acres of land which has inbuilt infrastructure for 80,000 square feet and is very near to railway station and bus stop.

Eligibility:

This institute offers admission only for Indian citizens. The candidates should have completed 17 years of age at the time of seeking admission. They should have obtained 50% marks in aggregate in the higher secondary examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as their main subjects. The marks are relaxed for reserved category students and economically, educationally backward class students.

Admission:

The candidates should appear for the common entrance exam conducted by the management of the college. Alternatively, they can also seek admission after obtaining merit marks in the common entrance exam conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Trivandrum.

Amenities:

The college maintains separate hostel for boys and girls and is managed by Catholic priests and nuns. The institute runs buses to the nearby districts like Trichur, Ernakulam, Kodungallur, Angamaly, and Chalakudy. The college library can seat up to 100 students and has 10,000 volumes of books of various disciplines of study. It also stores 35 volumes and 10 titles of multimedia literature. On the whole the college is equipped with 190 computes of which more than 85% are connected with internet facility.
