NET is one of the difficult examinations for entrance into nursing schools which the aspiring students have to face. Students have to clear this hurdle for getting admission into Nursing School. Seeing the growing prospects in the nursing field, people are getting more and more attracted towards this examination. This is nationalized test for conducting admission into Nursing Schools. Admission into Nursing Schools will completely depend upon NET but Mathematics and Reading scores will decide the eligibility of the candidate.

The application form and other useful materials can be availed from the official website of the NET. After downloading the file, one requires filling up the form with complete data and requires sending it back within or before the last date of form submission.

Availability of Application forms:

The application forms for NET 2010 will be available on the official website, which aspiring candidates can download. The form requires to be filled up with the required data and is needed to be sent back to the authorized place before the last date of form submission.

Examination Pattern:

• Duration of test will be 2 and half hour.
• Net will comprise of objective type questions.
• Paper will be divided into 6 parts:

Mathematics Skills
Reading Comprehension
Test Taking Skills
Social Interaction
Learning Style

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must score 60% or higher in English
• Candidate must score minimum of 50% in Mathematics to be eligible for admission into Nursing Schools.

The dates for the examination are generally given in the month of January. For the convenience of the students the examination is not taken on a single date.
