Job Profile:

Qualified and eligible Indian Citizens (Domicile of Andhra Pradesh only) are invited to apply for the posts of Officer Junior Management Scale I, Officer Middle Management Scale II and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Deccan Grameena Bank.

Eligibility:

Interested candidates must be a citizen of India only with a domicile of Andhra Pradesh. The age limit for the posts of Office Assistant and Officer Junior Managament Scale I is 18 to 28 years as on 1 January 2011. The age limit set for the posts of Officer Middle Managament Scale II is between 21 to 32 years as on 1 January 2011. Relaxation in age will be provided to the reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged/Ex-Serviceman/Domicile of Kashmir/Widows).

Educational Qualification:

Officer Junior Managament Grade Scale I: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent is required. Candidates should also have Computer Knowledge with proficiency in local language.

Officer Middle Managament Grade Scale II: Degree from a recognized university in Law or its equivalent is required with atleast 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have an experience of 2 years as an advocate.

Office Assistant: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent is required. Candidates should also have Computer Knowledge with proficiency in local language i.e. Telugu.

Officer Junior Management Scale I: 98 posts.
Officer Middle Management Scale II: 50 posts.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 8 posts.

Pay Scale:

Officer Junior Management Scale I: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14500 per month.
Officer Middle Management Scale II: Consolidated salary of Rs. 19400 per month.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Consolidated salary of Rs. 7200 per month.

Application Fee:

Officer Junior Management Scale I and Officer Middle Management Scale II: A Demand Draft of Rs. 550 is need to be paid by the General and OBC category candidates. Rs. 50 is to be paid by SC/ST/PC or Ex.SM.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): A Demand Draft of Rs. 250 is need to be paid by the General and OBC category candidates. Rs. 50 is to be paid by SC/ST/PC or Ex.SM.

The Demand Draft should be made in favour of DECCAN GRAMEENA BANK RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT payable at Hyderabad.

Selection Process:

Performance of candidates in the written test and interview will be considered while making final selections of the candidates on the specified positions in Deccan Grameena Bank. Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria will be called for the objective written test. Reserved categroy candidates will be provided a pre examination tranining.
