Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow) was established in the year 1984 by the Government of India. the institute was established as a business school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The institute has an urban campus spreaded in an area of 185 acres. Devi Singh is the director of the institute. The institute has an academic staff of total 64 personnel. There are over seven hundred fifty students studying in the institute at present. The institute is the fourth Indian Institute of Management that was established after IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore.

Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow) is looking forward to recruit eligible candidates on the following faculty positions of Professor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. The specified faculty positions are available in the following areas of Agri Business Management, Information Technology and Systems, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Decision Sciences (Statistics & OR), Economics & Business Environment, Finance and Accounting, Operations Management, Business Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Legal Management and Business Communication.

1. Recruitment of Professor:
No. of posts: 12 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Applicants should have done Ph.D in appropriate branch with atleast 60% marks in aggregate. They should also have minimum 10 years experience in the field of teaching or research or industrial work.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10500.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
No. of posts: 12 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Applicants should have done Ph.D in appropriate branch with atleast 60% marks in aggregate. They should also have minimum 6 years experience in the field of teaching or research or industrial work.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9500.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
No. of posts: 12 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Applicants should have done Ph.D in appropriate branch with atleast 60% marks in aggregate. They should also have minimum 3 years experience in the field of teaching or research or industrial work.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 8000.

Application Fee:

Candidates are not required to submit any application fee before applying for any of the above specified faculty position in Indian Institute of Management (Lucknow).

Selection Process:

Applications recieved from the candidates will be screened first and shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of this initial screening. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for the Personal Interview Test against Selection Committee. Only successfull candidates of the interview test will be considered for the final selection on specified positions. Candidates are advised to prepare well for the interview test as their performance in this interview, will decide about their selection on desired faculty position in the institute.
