University of Lucknow was established on November 10, 1919. The idea of starting the university in Lucknow was presented by Raja Sir Mohammad Ali Mohammad Khan and Khan Bahadur who contributed an article in which they showed the urge for the foundation of a University at Lucknow. But the first step towards the establishment of the university was made by a General Committee of educationists and persons interested in university education. The university of Lucknow is considered as one of the reputed university of the country.

Job Profile:

Candidates can apply for the posts of Professor, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in various subjects and disciplines in Lucknow University.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be less the minimum age limits et and also not more than the maximum age limit set for the posts specified.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have done post graduation from any recognized institute or university with an excellent academic record.
