Banasthali Vidyapith was established in the year 1935 as a deemed university. The university has a rural campus spreaded in an area of 850 acres. Chitra Purohit is the President of the university while Usha Thakkar is the Vice President. The university was established with the aim of providing programs at undergraduate, post graduate and doctorate level to womens. The university is considered as one of the top five universities persent in India exclusively for women. The university is located at Vanasthali, Rajasthan. The university was founded by Ratan Shashtri and Pandit Heera Lala Shashti.

Job Profile:

Banasthali Vidyapith is looking forward to recruit eligible and qualified candidates on the vacant faculty positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various disciplines. Only eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the specified faculty positions. The faculty positions are vacant in the disciplines of Finance/Accounting, Marketing, HR, Information Technology, Aviation Management and Placement Officer.

Eligibility:

Interested candidates should fulfill all the eligibility conditions set for the desired position in order to apply for it in Banasthali Vidyapith. Associate Professor: Candidates should possess Ph.D. degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate at Master’s degree level from a recognized university. Candidates must also possess minimum 8 years of teaching or research or industrial experience.

Assistant Professor: Candidates should possess Master’s degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Candidates should also have cleared UGC NET conducted by CSIR for being eligible for applying for the post.

Professor: Rs. 39100-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

Selection Process:

Selection for the above specified faculty positions will be made through the conduct of a Personal Interview Test. Shortlisted candidates will have appear for the personal interview test against the selection committee. The final decision on the selection of best suitable candidates will be made only on the basis of their performance in the interview test.
