Central University of Rajasthan was established in the year 2009 under an Act of Parliamenet named Central Universities Act 2009. The university performs all its functions or operations under the administrative control of Government of India. The University has got over 500 acres of land at Bandar Sindri on Jaipur-Ajmer road for its campus. The temporary campus of the university is at Shri. R. K. Patni PG Government College, Kishangarh. The university has recently introduced six new post graduate courses to its students.

Job Profile:

Applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following faculty positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in Central University of Rajasthan. Candidates will be selected on the specified faculty positions from the academic year 2011-12 under various Schools. The appointment of candidates will be on purely temporray basis, for a period not exceeding one year. Vacancies are available in School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computational Sciences, School of Chemical Sciences and Pahrmacy, School of Humanities and Languages, School of Social Sciences, School of Engineering and Technology, School of Commerce and Management, School of Architecture, School of Life Sciences etc.

Educational Qualifiction: Candidates should have qualification as prescribed by UGC/AICTE.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Garde Pay of Rs. 10000.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
No. of posts: Only 14 post is available.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Educational Qualifiction: Candidates should have qualification as prescribed by UGC/AICTE.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Garde Pay of Rs. 9000.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
No. of posts: Only 27 post is available.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Educational Qualifiction: Candidates should have qualification as prescribed by UGC/AICTE.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Garde Pay of Rs. 6000.

General and OBC categories candidates are required to send a Demand Draft of Rs. 300 drawn in favour of Central University of Rajasthan payable at Jaipur. On the otherhand, SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of this application fee.

Selection Process:

Selection Process for the above specified positions includes only a personal interview test with the selection committee.
