Railway Recruitment Board, Bangalore, Assistant Station Master Papers
As the name suggest, this examination is for recruiting the candidates for the post of Assistant Station manager in Bangalore railway station. The examination is to test the ability of the candidate and to test how capable they are in their aptitude to control and manage things at a railway station.
Paper description:
The paper has questions that deal with the aptitude and logical reasoning. The paper deals with such questions which are never asked before so that the real calibration of the candidates can be done. The questions in the paper are designed in a way so that the candidates could be tested in the best possible way.
Paper Pattern:
The paper has 100 multiple choice questions in it. By multiple choice questions, we mean that the questions will be given with 4 options of answer. Out of the given 4 options, the candidates have to select any 1 out of them. Remaining 3 options is to confuse the candidates. Every correct answer has 1 mark for it. The paper thereby tests your aptitude, knowledge as well as speed of answering the questions. The questions are of mixed pattern asked from topics like English, current affairs, and general knowledge.
Maximum time and marks:
The maximum time allotted for the paper is 2 hours only, and the maximum marks that can be awarded to a candidate for all the correct answer is 100.

For English language, one can refer to Wren and Martin. For superior knowledge in current affairs and general knowledge, one can refer to year book of competition success.
