R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering, Guntur
The R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering is one of the premier engineering colleges of India that offers both B.Tech and M.Tech courses to the students to build their career in the various fields of technology. The college was established in the year 1985 and is affiliated to the Acharya Nagarjuna University. The students have to give an entrance exam to get admission in the various courses offered by this college.
Infrastructure:
The college is situated in a greenish area and is 11 kms away from north highway 5, Guntur. The college provides well stocked library, workshop and computer labs to its students. The college also provides accommodations facilities to both boys and girls. The college campus is fully equipped with canteen, sports field and health care centers.
Courses Offered:
R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering offers four years bachelor’s degree courses in streams like Civil, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering., Mechanical, Information Technology, Industrial Production Engineering. Each course carrying 60 seats for the candidates as per the government norms.
Admission Procedure:
The candidates applying for these courses have to give an entrance exam called as EAMCET. The candidates have to secure high marks to get their course of interest. The minimum qualification required for appearing in this exam is that the candidates must have a mark sheet of 10+2 or its equivalent exams.
Placement:
The college provides excellent placement facility to its students in well known firms of India. The college conducts various training and communication programs for the students to get more knowledge about their course.
