SACS M.A.V.M.M.Engineering College was established in the year 1998 by Madurai Avira Vaisia Manjaputtur Mahajana Sabai (MAVMM) which runs a trust. This college is self-financed institute and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. This institute is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

The college is located at Alagarkoil, near to Madurai and the infrastructure is remarkably designed. This institute offers high quality technical education thereby providing qualified engineers and professionals each year who are trained and developed for taking challenging roles in the society.

Admission & Eligibility

The Admission procedures are followed by the guidelines of the Anna University, Chennai. The admission is given on the basis of merit list of the Tamilnadu Engineering Admissions conducted each year by the Government.

Facilities

The college has a central library having vast collection of books in each field of engineering and technology. The students can access the internet through VSAT system of high speed. The college organizes Personality Development Program for the first year students to build confidence and boost their personality as a whole. The institute runs a hostel for boys and girls which can accommodate 100 students. The college operates 19 buses for transporting students and staff members from various parts of Madurai.

Placement

The placement cell organizes periodical workshops, seminars and thus provides effective communication with the industry and the students. It also arranges frequent industrial visits giving practical knowledge about the atmosphere of an industry. Recently the college has launched a placement portal where the students can find suitable job opportunities.
