It is spread over 49 countries and serves its customers in more than 100 countries. It is also among the top pharmaceutical companies and a rapidly growing company. It has taken over almost all the pharmaceutical markets. It has been known for its quality level.
Job profiles: The sales representatives will be required to promote sales of medicines and drugs for the expanding areas of Ranbaxy which are anti-infective, gastro, oncology, CNS, nephrology, ortho, pain management, derma etc. The first line managers will be required to contact directly with the representatives and manage their work and also the work of employees under them.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate should be a graduate with a B.Sc degree or a B.Pharma degree in the relevant field and a candidate must also have a minimum experience of 1-5 years for the sales professionals and 3-7 years for the managers.
No. of posts: The no. of posts is not specified but they are expected to be high as the professionals and managers are required for various departments.
Pay scale: The candidates will get a pay scale as per the company standards but a deserving candidate can expect a higher salary.
Selection process: The candidates are required to appear in an online test followed by group discussions and an interview for the short listed candidates.
