Job profile: The main role of the manager would be to achieve the branch business targets through his team of sales managers. The manager would be required to assist the business development manager in chalking sales and marketing strategies for the Branch and city. The manager would also be responsible for recruiting sales Manager and developing them to their full potentials to optimize sales.

Qualifications: The manager should be a Post Graduate in Commerce (Business Administration, Finance and Accountancy) course with a minimum of 50 % marks. He must have leadership qualities, and should be an excellent communicator in English as well as local regional Languages.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in retail sales with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role. Experience of sales in a Finance industry would be an added advantage.
