The Department also takes the measures needed for the promotion of Science and Technology applications for the security of the nation. Dr. T Ramasami is the secretary of the Department of Science and Technology.

Job profile:

The job of the candidate will be to assist the Senior Admin in The Premier Scientific & Technology Department. The work only includes following the intructions of Senior Admin and asisting him in his work.

Eligibility:

Candidate must have good command over English language. No age limit is prescribed for the post. Candidate needs to be also be smart enough to take important decisions at critical times.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate needs to possess Bachelar’s degree or equivalent and certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute.

Pay scale:

Pay scale is as befitting a Senior Admin Assistant. Selected Candidate will get the salary of Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 + 15% Special Pay.

Selection process:

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their written test performances. Candidate’s score in the written exam will decide their selection for the job.
