Profile:

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) was established on October 1, 1926 by the British Indian Government. The commission is responsible for conduting examinations for the recruitemnt to various civil services. The recruitments for the posts of Chairman and other members in the UPSC are made only by President of India.

Job Profile:

1. Recruitment of Senior Scientific Officer Grade II (Electronics):
Posts Available: 6
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Electronics or Physics with Electronics as special subject or Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.

2. Recruitment of Assistant Keeper:
Posts Available: 1
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Anthropology of a recognized University or equivalent.

3. Recruitment of Training Officer (Welder):
Posts Available: 1
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy etc from a recognised University or equivalent.

4. Recruitment of Senior Lecturer (Pharmacology):
Posts Available: 1
Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Medical Pharmacology from a recognized University or equvalent.
