Company profile: It is serving us since 1973. It is one of the most dependable banks in India working on non-profitable services. It is one of the oldest banks too. This bank believes in welfare activities. It deals in various services like personal banking, NRI banking, housing etc.
Job profile: The role of an officer is to identify the market opportunities and product needs. The officers are required to visits villages and also maintain customer relationship.
They will be required to conduct surveys and fill various forms for recovery. The main goal will be to achieve business targets of the team.
Eligibility: A candidate must be an Indian citizen.
The age of a candidate must be between 23 and 32 years as on 01.04.09 (relaxation available).
Qualification required: A candidate must be a graduate in BBA, social welfare or a graduate with marketing as specialization with minimum 60% marks.
OR
A candidate must be an MBA with minimum 60%. It is 55% for SC/ST/OBC.
No. of posts: There is a total no. of 450 posts which are distributed as Gen – 227, SC - 74, ST – 37 and OBC – 116. However, 3% seats are reserved for handicapped people.
Pay Scale: The pay scale of the candidates will be Rs. 2.80 lac per annum.
Selection procedure: The bank will hold a written test and then there will be an interview for the qualified people.
How to apply: The candidates are required to visit any SBI branch & pay the requisite fee / Postage (Rs. 250 for Gen/OBC and Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PH) into the A/c 30783079351 and get the receipt with Journal Number from the branch. The application format is available in the advertisement. The application should be sent along with the original cash deposit slip containing the Journal Number (Candidates copy) & attested copies of
Certificates/testimonials/ medical certificates to Post Box No. 7452, Jogeshwari (East),
Mumbai – 400 060 by ordinary post. The candidates must send their proof of age, caste certificate, medical certificate, marks sheets and degree from the last institute attended.
Important dates: Last date for depositing the fee is 18.07.09.
Last date for sending the applications is 25.07.09.
Date of written test is 30.08.09.
