Railway Recruitment Board is a recognized board which comes under the Government of India. The Board was actually established under the Minsitry of Railways, Government of India. The board is responsible for making the recruitment on Group ‘C’ staff posts in various departments of Railways. Railway Recruitment Board conducts various competitive examinations for making the recruitments on Group ‘C’ staff posts in Indian Railways.
Job Profile:
Railway Recruitment Board are inviting applications from the eligible indian candidates for the various posts in differents boards and Zonal Railways. The candidates will be placed in the technical departments of the RRB.
Eligibility:
Minimum age limit for the posts is 18 years while 30 years is the maximum age limit set for the post. Reserved category candidates will get the relaxation in age as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation from any recognized institute or university is the minimum educational qualification set for the respective posts in Railway Recruitment Board.
No. of posts:
Technican Grade-II (For PWD candidates): Only 1 post is available.
Technican Grade-III (For PWD candidates): Total 482 posts are available.
Technican Grade-III (For SC/ST/OBC candidates): Total 675 posts are available.
Pay Scale:
Technican Grade-II (For PWD candidates): Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400.
Technican Grade-III (For PWD candidates): Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900.
Technican Grade-III (For SC/ST/OBC candidates): Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900.
