B.A in Human Resource Management
The course covers important topics that involve in recruiting individuals that involve training, handling of the trade union as well as management relations, salary administration, etc. Maintenance of the work force in several industries is also an integral part of the course. Labor analysis as well as integrated accounting balanced is an important part of the course. The candidates are endowed with both the practical exposure as well as theoretical concepts.
Eligibility Criterion:
The candidates have to attain a minimum of 50% in their 10+2 level. The candidate’s upper as well as lower age limits are twenty two and sixteen years respectively. The candidates who belong to the reservation category are observed with a relaxation of three years in the upper age limit for admission.
Course Duration:
The length of the course is three years. The course is divided equally into six semesters. The duration of each semester is six months and each semester involves important internal assessment projects which the candidates have to submit in order to get promoted in the nest semester.
