In law, the judicial processes play a very vital role and so the Social Transformation and Judicial Process in India-I (LW-103) subject under University of Pune LLM Law has its own importance. The subject deals with the basic social laws in the democracy of India.

Objective of the subject:

Paper Pattern:

The paper is of 60 marks and 3 hours is allotted for the exam. There are 8 questions in the paper and each question carries 15 marks. Any 4 of the 8 questions have to be answered. One question is generally on short notes and any 2 of the 4 options in the short note question needs to be answered.
