Topics taught in this paper:

The topics which are discussed in this paper are constitutional law of India, definition and nature of law under part III of constitution of India, right of equality, fundamental rights of freedom, etc.

Division of paper:

The question paper is divided into two parts as Part I and Part II. Part I of the paper contains objective type questions where as Part II of the paper contains subjective type questions.

Time and marks allotted:

The total duration of examination is of three hours and the maximum marks for this is 75.

Paper Pattern:

The question paper is printed in English. The total no. of questions in this paper is 12 which are distributed among the two sections of the paper. The questions of this paper are subjective type. There are some options provided in each section of the paper for the ease of the students. Section A of the paper contains a total of 5 questions of which only three questions are to be answered correctly. Each question of this section contains a maximum of 5 marks. Section B contains a total of 7 questions, out of which 4 are required to be answered correctly. Each question of this section contains a maximum of 15 marks.
