U.P Board Intermediate Crop Product & Horticulture Papers
There are different important subjects in the Intermediate exam conducted by the UP Exam Board, and the subject of Crop Product & Horticulture is of no exception. The subject deals with the Different Crops and their products and Horticulture. Here students studies about different facts about crops, their products, different flowers, their varieties etc. Students who are really interested in such sort of things must take up this subject at the intermediate level.
Outline of the Paper
The paper is broadly classified into three different parts, called Part A, B and C. There are different numbers of questions in each of the section.
Know about this paper
The paper pattern of the exam is usual and not different from most other. The 1st has a maximum of 10 very short answer based questions, and all of these 10 are compulsory to attempt. The following 2nd section has a maximum of eight short answer based questions, however here the board offers options, and candidates have to attempt any 6. The last or the third section has a total of 3 Essay answer based questions, and here candidates have to attempt any 2. Thus only the 1st section is compulsory based to attempt.
Markings in the paper
The total mark of the paper is 60. The 1st section has a maximum of 20 marks, the 2nd section has a maximum of 24 marks and the 3rd section has a maximum of 16 marks.
Time allotted for the examination:
The time duration offered for completing the paper is 3 hours.
