Institute profile: IITs have a reputation to be the best institutes of technology in the country. They provide excellent facilities and variety of courses. They offer a variety of areas to carry out the research and development work.

Job profile: The candidates will be working on various projects.

Research Assistant (aerospace engineering department) – The candidates will be required to create course content, reference manuals, exercises etc

System Administrator –
Managing various networking resources used in various projects. Research Assistant (Chemical Engineering) – The candidates are required to manage satellite/leased lines and work on troubleshooting of VSATs etc.

Technical Assistant
(Chemical engineering) – The candidates will be working on video transcription. Senior Research Fellow (Metallurgical and Material science) – The candidates will be dealing with the study of polymers.

Educational Qualifications
: A candidate must be a BE/B.TECH with a good knowledge of python, Linux, managing DNS with a relevant experience. For SRF a candidate must be an M.TECH in polymer or fiber sciences or material sciences.

No. of posts: There are 23 posts in total which are distributed as -10 posts for RA and 2 for SA in aerospace engineering department. There are 5 posts for RA and 5 posts for TA in chemical engineering department and 1 post for SRF.

Pay scale: For RA and SA it is Rs16800-25000 per month, Rs9800 per month + HRA for TA and Rs14000 per month + HRA for the SRF.

Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected through an interview process held by a selection team. The selection will be purely on the basis of merit.
