Reliance Placement Papers
The Reliance Group was founded by late Dhirubhai H. Ambani and is the largest enterprise of India in private sector. The Reliance Group’s main activities include oil and gas production, petroleum refining, petrochemicals (fibre intermediates, chemicals, polyester and plastics), retails and textiles. Reliance Industries Limited and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited are the major companies. For recruiting engineers the company conducts an entrance test.
The placement paper of Reliance has two parts, Technical and Aptitude. In Aptitude section there are 75 questions which are to be solved in 30 minutes. Though the questions are simple but time management is what candidates have to focus on. Each question will have 4 or 6 options and questions are mostly repetitive. The questions are basically from Series problem, Coding, General English, basic maths etc. The cutoff for this section is around 40-45 questions. In Technical section candidates are required to answer 50 questions and that too in 30 minutes. This part is tough as questions are from all the subjects which the candidates have opted. Questions from pumps, refrigeration, air compressors, material science, production, strength of materials etc are very common.
