What to do ater M.Sc. in Biotechnoology?

I am in Biotechnology domain from more than 11 yrs. I have never posted anything like or for that matter or any kind on net or blogs but looking at all this whatever is mentioned i thought of writing my opinion as well.
A little background about me, i have done my education from India from a very reputed university and also studied from abroad. Done jobs in very good companies in India (in BT) & from many yrs settled in western continent & wrking in one of worlds biggest companies still in biotech.

what i want to write in honesty is what every is written here as per my opinion is total BULLSHIT and nothing more than crap. The bottom line is this field is more for social service for society as the research takes a very long time to come out you can say alomost never. Most of the experiments you do fail and trust me i have worked in many diff. domains of BT, also have few international publications as well.

So in the hearts of hearts the bottom line which i wish someone would have explained to me many many yrs back is....the line Biotech and all these comments in favor of BT are crap and hype if you are looking to make good money in life never go to Biotech. But if you want to beat the crap out of someone's life certainly put the person in BT.

But this is good for someone who wants to stay alone in a small room called lab, as i said most of the experiments dont work for almost anyone so people around you are mostly frustated singing the song of intellectual crap which gives you nothing in terms of monetary benefits.

If you are an expert in the most difficult field in BT with MSc after 6 yrs of exp you may get 35000 per month average salary and than deduct the taxes out of it...which leaves you with nothing, after taxes if you have a family...you can never start you business ever unlike IT or medicine as the infrastructure you need is more than most of the people writing here would even spell... the regulatory requirement starting from government authorities to auditing agencies are impassable...

so i can keep on writing but the bottom line is pls. if you want to make good living dont get into Biotech but if you want to work your whole life on repetitive experiments without getting any money and not getting a chance to interact with outside world and want to study literally forever and ultimately be a failed teacher (lecturer) than biotech is the field for you or your child.

Pls dont believe this crap written here or comes sometime in big newspapers when they say milestone achieved in Stem Cell tech. all the is total bullshit as to come that in application will take atleast 75 to 100 yrs and coming to common indian man will take forever...
