i just completed my ca inter(ipcc).there is any possibility geting of exemption from foundation course in cs?

i have complete B.com and ll.b and i have 4 year experience in taxation as advoacte..and also work in above 20 crore above turnover company...are there need training after complete final exam of cs?

Hi Recently ICSI release new amendment, check it below properly:

Note: Clear CPT or ICWA Foundation and take Direct admission to CS Executive

ICSI , apex governing body of companies secretaries in India issued notification announcing that the student who have passed ICAI -CPT will be eligible for CS executive .Previously Only those passed CA – Final were eligible for the exemption from appearing in CS Foundation.

Once enrolled, a student needs to clear three stages in order to be a certified Company Secretary. These stages are mentioned below:

1. Foundation Course: This course is of eight months. After completing the foundation course, one needs to undergo practical training.
2. Intermediate Course: This course starts after the completion of foundation course. Intermediate course takes total time of nine months.
3. Final Course: Once a student completes all the exams of intermediate course then he automatically is eligible for the final course.

CS complete course is of 5 years.

The company secretary has three courses :
Foundation Course
Intermediate Course
Final Course

Candidates who has completed 12th class will do foundation course. Foundation course is of eight months.

After foundation course, the next level is intermediate course. This course is of 9 months. The subjects for intermediate course are : monetary, marketing, English, economics, banking, business atmosphere, business communication, jurisprudence, world trade organisation etc.
After the course you have to do fifteen months actual coaching followed by three months actual coaching.

Registration of this course is open throughout complete year. You can register at any time you want.
