m done with all the rounds of wipro wase exam ie(aptitude and HR as well) which wz held on 25th july 2010...but can you plz let me knw when exactly m gonna get ma results n m eagerly waiting fr it 2 cm so kindly plz let me knw as soon as possible......

Hi me too cleared the written exam and went till HR round on 24 July 2010 at Chennai and waiting for result. If u get any mail from them, u plz send me a mail to this id [email protected]

any one from kolkata or bhubaneswar who had given the wase exam on 19june...got any call letters ????

hey dat's nt always true. i cleared the test and interview in last february, but i got the call letter in july. i've got to join on 16th august @ banglr...

um... does anyone know whether they provide transport? i mean, from the place we stay to the office, like a bus or anything...? i'm not talking abt train fare, but abt transport once we join and start going 4 work...

It true from the older posts that they(wipro company) do make you at work even in free time and also you will be disqualified from course if you get any backlog during course. But one thing i want to tell you that if you choose a simple engineering or any course under any university then at the same time you will also be disqualified for job if you get any backlog.
Hence if you think that you will not get any back during course that in WASE course they will assure you a job unlike other colleges. This is a plus point. One more thing, it also increases your work experience than the normal fresher. Therefor it is good.

Hello everybody , I am a BCA graduate and i have selected for WASE program by wipro.
I want to know the MS degree provided by these people is valid outside wipro or no.... Because in India MS in only for BE/B.tech students. and we r gonna do it after BCA if v leave wipro after 4 yr and other conmpanies don't consider our MS degree then wats the use...? Please clarify my doubt...

Is it valued by other IT company?
Is this course only for toppers?
After 4 years of WASE program where I would be working in wipro itself or I have to search for other company?
Is the studies are harder or the work there?

I'm also in Wipro. As of I know, Wipro is ofering this WASE program only for BSc graduates (from Physics, Electronics, Maths, BCA and BCM). They are not offering this program for diploma graduates. I think if you dont have graduation in any of the subjects mentioned above you are selected to some other program.

I got selected in wipro wase and also in Infosys as Testing executive.
Which is best plese help?

WASE program in Wipro with MS from BITS Pilani as WIPRO is in cotact with BITs PILANI.It will be better if you join with the other company as you have mentioned Infosys

More over no other IT company offers such a offer. Mostly in IT companies B.Sc graduates are opted only for Testing or for Support work. But Wipro offers you a good future. You are treated as a Employee. and also from the last year the scolarship has been increased from this year ranging from 10,000 to 24,000. 16 sessions per sem, has been cut short to 10 sessions taking into account the pressure we undergo. I have a CGPA of 8.0(80%). So it is not hard to cope up with your studies. There are wide open scope for such programs over the IT industry. The benifit is, you will have a live experience every day on what you were thought in week ends. No WASEina has recorded a below of 55% of marks till now. So its not that tough as you think. The only thing is You should be ready to learn new things. That will help you to balance your studies with your career.

and i selected in Wipro WASE progarm what package is given after compliting the 4 year MS and is this Degree is Recognised in todays market

Hi me cleared the written test and went till hr round and waiting for the results.
I have small confusion in my degree percentage. I calculated my percentage for Maths and Computer Science papers which i studied in the BSc(CS), for this my percentage is 64%. But the Wipro company is asking us to calculate all the papers including languages and all the other subjects which we studied in the degree. For this my %age is 58%. In the application and resume i mentioned my %age as 64% which i submitted at the time of interview process.
Kindly clarify me this, if i selected for the wipro wase, any problem will arises in future. If any problem comes in future what should i do.

Anyone help me regarding this.....

what we are going to learn from training. i heard that thr will be test conducted for every 15 day session. may i know how many marks

Hi don't waste your time by waiting for wase. If u get any good opportunities proceed with that. After a month i got a result from wipro that i was not selected. my mail id is [email protected]

i was cleared my WASE written test and i faced HR round at nandha college on 22 Aug 2010. The HR person told that we have 3 weeks to get the results. But i have one problem i had selected one college for MCA through TANCET counselling. For that 31 aug 2010 is the last date to get proper admission; so during my admission i have to produce all my original certificates. After the admission process if i want to discontinue my course means i have to pay overall three years fees. So i am in trouble.Bcoz now itself i didnt know whether i am selected or not. I just want to work at wipro.so i request you to just convey me that if i was selected for WASE program or not.

WIPRO WASE program is very good as per i know and you can go for it obviously and after completion you can get a very good job in WIPRO.
And also MS degree is very qualified.
