To get scholarship for pursuing M.Tech in Germany, you must have a good score in IELTS/TOEFL examination and more than 70% aggregate marks in your Graduation course. TOEFL/IELTS examinations helps you to prove your English Language Proficiency skills in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sections. By reporting your examinations scores, you can apply for admission to M.Tech course in German Universities. I suggest you to apply for admission at least before 4-5 months of commencement of semester to get scholarship for pursuing your higher studies.
