Hidayatullah National Law University came into existence in the year 2003 under the Government of India. The university is located at New Raipur, Chattisgarh. The university is affiliated to UGC. The university offers various undergraduates as well as post graduates courses to its students. There are approximately 430 students studying in the university. The university was founded with the idea of having a ncentre for legal excellence by the Government of Chattisgrah. Hidayatullah National Law University is making recruitment of eligible candidates on the following faculty positions of Professor, Assosiate Professor and Assistant Professor. Committed and Dynamic individuals will be directly recruited to the specified faculty positions in the disciplines of Law, Social Science and English subjects.

1. Recruitment of Professor:
No. of posts: Only 8 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not exceed 60 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be an eminent scholar with Ph.D degree in the concerned discipline. Candidates should also possess atleast 10 years of teaching experience in a reputed university or college with minimum of 10 publications as books or research.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
No. of posts: Only 11 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not exceed 60 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be an eminent scholar with Ph.D degree in the concerned discipline. Candidates should have secured atleast 55% marks in aggregate at Master’s level. Candidates should also possess atleast 8 years of teaching experience in a reputed university or college with minimum of 5 publications as books or research.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9000.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
No. of posts: Only 18 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not exceed 60 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a good academic record with atleast 55% marks in aggregate at Master’s level. Candidates should have cleared National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC, CSIR.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

Application Fee:

Application fee of Rs. 250 is need to be submitted by the interested candidates belonging to General and OBC categories. SC/ST candidates are required to submit an application fee of Rs. 100 only. The application fee must be sent through the means of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Hidayatullah National Law University payable at Raipur.

Selection Process:

The final decision on the selections of candidates will be made only on the basis of the result of the personal interview test. A selection committee will take the personal interview test of each and every eligible candidates.
