Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan is a deemed university which was established with the aim of promoting Sanskrit studies in India and as well as in abroad. It was founded in the year 1970. Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan is one the biggest Sanskrit University present in the world at present. The sansthan actually acts as an autonomous organisation registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

Job Profile:

1. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
Age Limit: Maximum age limit set is 32 years.
Educational Qualification: Degree from any recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

2. Recruitment of Manuscript Pandit:
Age Limit: Maximum age limit set is 32 years.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Sanskrit from any recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Librarian:
Age Limit: Maximum age limit set is 35 years.
Educational Qualification: M.Lib. in Science from any recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.

Selection Process:

The final selection of candidates for the above specified posts will be made on the basis of their performance in the written test followed by personal interview.
